Two Cancer Tests That Are Better Than PET Scans (video)

Video Transcript: Two Cancer Tests That Are Better Than PET Scans

Ty Bollinger: Okay, for me it just make sense that you would measure the circulating tumor cells, the circulating stem cells, because that’s the real measure of the cancer. Not, “Did you cut out a tumor?”

Dr. Bita Badakhshan: Exactly, and when I see a patient—a patient could have stage one triple negative breast cancer, both of them, but one may have worse prognosis. I check their CTCs. One of them may have an immune system very suppressed, CTC very high. She’s not going to do as good as the other patient. That’s what it tells me. I tell them, “PET scan this, that, it doesn’t really help me much. I need to know the circulating tumor cells and nagalase level.

Nagalase level tells me where your immune system is at. In a healthy patient your nagalase level should be less than one. But if you have virus or cancer in your body the nagalase level tends to be higher. So I actually started on my regular healthy patients, who don’t have the diagnosis of cancer, but have viruses in their body—measure the nagalase level. If it’s high, or higher than one, I tell them, “Your immune system is being suppressed, and then you’re going to develop cancer.”

So I prevent them. I change their lifestyle. I put them on natural, like Essiac tea, for viruses and other stuff and I measure their nagalase. Once it’s normal I say, “Okay.” You’re doing—

Ty Bollinger: So Essiac tea is one of the things that will get the nagalase levels down. Dr. Panelli mentioned GcMAF.

“And I have, sometimes, stage fours [patients] with lower circulating tumor cells and lower nagalase and I know they're doing better because their immune system is doing great compared to someone with stage two with high CTCs and high nagalase levels.” - Dr. Bita Badakhshan

Dr. Bita Badakhshan: Yeah, GcMAF and Bravo suppositories we use, but Essiac tea doesn’t necessarily bring nagalase levels down, but it kills the viruses. Since viruses produces the nagalase level, indirectly you’re right. You are right. Indirectly it will bring it down. But for our cancer patient, because we may have cancer patients who don’t have virus who have elevated nagalase level.

And I have, sometimes, stage fours with lower circulating tumor cells and lower nagalase and I know they’re doing better because their immune system is doing great compared to someone with stage two with high CTCs and high nagalase levels.

Ty Bollinger: So these measurement tests, they really help you to get a better sense of if the patient is improving or not.

Dr. Bita Badakhshan: Exactly. We follow those and there is no radiation, no toxicity, and nagalase is only a hundred dollars. It’s not too expensive either for them. CTC is a little bit more, about 450 Euro or, depending, 600 Euro.
